We were among the first in Canada to manage client portfolios with factor funds. Two decades later, that experience led to a harder conclusion: returns alone do not tell retirees what they need to know.

Origin

Two decades of factor investing led to a different question.

We built and traded some of the most sophisticated factor ETF strategies in the Canadian market. That gave us something most advisors do not have: firsthand data on what works, what breaks, and how long recovery actually takes.

The pivot was simple, even if the implications were not. A fund can beat its benchmark and still leave a retiree short if the timing is wrong. That is why Eddy Wealth now leads with time.

He co-founded one of Canada's most sophisticated factor ETF companies, managed institutional-grade quantitative strategies, and developed proprietary retirement portfolio diagnostics that have been independently validated by academic reviewers, mathematicians, and leading quantitative researchers. The name

The eddy is a place of calm in turbulent water.

That is more than a metaphor. Navette OS™ is the instrument that measures how close to calm a family actually is. When the recovery horizon is short, they are in the eddy. When it stretches, Eddy Wealth sees it before the family feels it and acts accordingly.
